How it works

  1. Create an estimate

    Build it line by line and send your client a link. They can view it online, comment on individual lines, and accept or decline it.

  2. Turn it into an invoice

    One click when they accept, with nothing retyped — the same lines, the same wording, your numbering.

  3. Get paid

    Take card payment on the document itself, or record bank transfers, part payments and deposits against it.

Your data stays on your site

There is no third-party account and nothing to export. Records are held in your own WordPress database, and documents are served from your own domain. If you cancelled tomorrow, every invoice you have raised would remain exactly where it is, and the plugin would carry on working.

Your clients need no account either. They open a link and the document is there, on any device, with your name on it.
